Sky High Lemon Pie

Ingredients

• 1 34 c sugar
• 14 c corn starch
• 14 c All Purpose flour
• 14 tsp salt
• 2 c water
• 4 egg yolks
• 2 Tbsp lemon juice or real lemon juice
• 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
• 14 tsp lemon extract
• 1 9in baked pie shell

Directions

1. Cook over medium heat until thick
2. Set into cold water when thick enough
3. Add butter and flavoring
4. Cool slightly and pour in baked shell
5. Top with favorite meringue and brown under broiler
6. Cool
