Sky High Lemon Pie

Ingredients
- 1 34 c sugar
- 14 c corn starch
- 14 c All Purpose flour
- 14 tsp salt
- 2 c water
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice or real lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
- 14 tsp lemon extract
- 1 9in baked pie shell
Directions
- Cook over medium heat until thick
- Set into cold water when thick enough
- Add butter and flavoring
- Cool slightly and pour in baked shell
- Top with favorite meringue and brown under broiler
- Cool
