Slaw

Ingredients
- 1 large head cabbage
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 c. cooking oil
- 2 large onions
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions
- Combine vinegar, sugar, water, celery seed, dry mustard and salt; bring to a boil.
- Cool and add cooking oil.
- Heat to boiling again. Grate cabbage finely, slice onions and layer in bowl.
- Pour hot mixture over cabbage and onions.
- Cover and refrigerate.
- This may be made the day before serving.
