Sleigh Ride
Ingredients
- 1 c heavy cream
- 1 12 tsp vanilla
- 8 c hot coffee
- 12 c sugar
- 4 Tbsp chocolate syrup
- candy canes
Directions
- Whip the cream with vanilla
- Mix coffee with sugar and chocolate syrup
- Pour into stemmed glasses or Irish coffee mugs Place a generous dollop of whipped cream in each mug
- Garnish with a candy cane andor a sprinkle of crushed candy
- Serves 8 to 10
