Sliced Tongue

Ingredients
- 2 qt water
- 12 Tbsp butter
- 12 onion
- 1 lemon juice
- 12 Tbsp sugar
- 12 tsp flour
Directions
- Boil the tongue in water until tender
- Remove from liquid skin and cut into slices
- Melt butter in a pan add onion and fry over slow fire until yellow
- Add the boiling liquid season with salt pepper juice of lemon sugar and flour mixed with a little water
- Add the sliced tongue and boil about 15 to 20 minutes
