Slim Salmon Loaf

Ingredients
- 2 cans 7 34 oz salmon drained
- 2 eggs
- 1 c mashed potatoes made with skim milk
- 1 Tbsp minced onion
- 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 12 tsp salt
- dash of pepper
Directions
- Blend all ingredients until well blended Spread in nonstick loaf pan baking dish or individual molds
- Bake at 375 for 40 minutes in loaf pan 20 minutes if use individual molds
