Slivered Beef Liver

Ingredients
- 1 lb beef liver
- 14 c margarine
- 1 large onion sliced
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 tsp chili powder
- 18 tsp pepper
Directions
- Cut liver into 14-inch slices
- Melt margarine in 10-inch skillet
- Saute onion slices in margarine until tender
- Do not brown
- Add liver season with salt chili powder and pepper Cook over medium heat stirring occasionally for 5 minutes Makes 4 servings
