Slomgolian

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 12 c chopped onion
- 13 c chopped bell pepper
- small can sliced mushrooms or use fresh
- 15 oz can tomato sauce
- 2 c cooked elbow macaroni
Directions
- Brown ground beef
- Saute onion and bell pepper with meat also mushrooms if fresh
- Drain excess grease
- Season with garlic salt and black pepper
- Add tomato sauce and mushrooms drained if canned to skillet
- Simmer covered about 10 minutes
- Add macaroni slightly undercooked
- Cover and simmer about 5 more minutes
- Add a little water if it gets too dry during the simmering
- This is good leftover
