Slow Cooker Spaghetti Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 lb lean ground beef
- 1 c finely minced onions
- 14 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp parsley flakes
- 12 tsp oregano
- 1 8 oz can chopped mushrooms undrained
- 1 15 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 10 12 oz can tomato puree
- 1 12 oz can tomato paste
- 1 1 lb can tomatoes
Directions
- Brown ground beef in frypan
- drain grease
- Place into crock-pot
- Add onions garlic salt pepper oregano parsley flakes and
- mushrooms
- Stir
- thoroughly
- with fork until well blended
- Add
- tomato
- sauce
- tomato
- puree tomato paste and tomatoes
- blend together thoroughly and cover
- Cook on low setting 12 to
- 15 hours
- Cook on high setting 4 to 7 hours stirring occasionally
