Small Cheesecakes
Ingredients
- 1 box vanilla cookies
- 1 lb cream cheese
- 3 eggs
- 12 c sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 can pie filling or fruit
Directions
- Place a cupcake liner in cupcake pan
- Mix in blender cream cheese eggs sugar and vanilla until smooth
- Put 2 tablespoons on top of each cupcake and bake in oven
- Take liner from pan cover each with 1 tablespoon of fruit glaze
- Cool and refrigerate
