Small Hungarian Nut Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 lb butter or margarine
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 6 eggs beaten
  • 1 cake yeast
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 8 or 9 c flour sifted

Directions

  1. Mix together butter milk and eggs
  2. Crumble yeast into mixture
  3. Stir well until yeast disappears
  4. Mix in remaining salt and flour
  5. No kneading is needed
  6. Put into greased bowl and refrigerate overnight
  7. Cover with wax paper or damp towel
