Smithville Kentucky Pie
Ingredients
- 1 stick butter melted
- 12 c brown sugar dark
- 12 c white sugar
- 1 c light corn syrup
- 4 eggs
- 1 Tbsp orange extract
- 12 c chocolate chips
- 1 c chopped pecans
- 14 c flour
Directions
- Beat eggs add butter sugar corn syrup and flour
- Beat gently
- Fold in all other ingredients
- Bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes
- Do not overbake
