Smoked Oyster Ball

Ingredients
- 2 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 2 cans smoked oysters drained
- 1 tsp parsley finely chopped
- 1 c chopped pecans
Directions
- Mix all ingredients and form into a ball
- This mixture may have to be refrigerated for a few minutes to make it easier to handle
- Roll ball in additional chopped pecans then roll lightly in additional finely chopped parsley
- Chill
- Serve with assorted crackers
