Ingredients

  • 13 c sugar
  • 14 c non-iodized salt
  • 2 c soy sauce
  • 1 c water
  • 12 tsp onion powder
  • 12 tsp garlic powder
  • 12 tsp pepper
  • 12 tsp Tabasco Sauce
  • 1 c dry white wine Chardonnay
  • Salmon chunks

Directions

  1. Mix together above ingredients for brine except salmon Brine salmon chunks for 8 or more hours in the refrigerator Rinse chunks after brining and pat dry Air dry 1 to 2 hours to glaze
