Smoked Salmon Log

Ingredients
- 1 lb can salmon drained
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp grated onion
- 1 tsp prepared horseradish
- 1 tsp liquid smoke comes in bottle
- 14 tsp salt
- 12 c chopped pecans
- 2 Tbsp chopped parsley
Directions
- Mix first 7 ingredients together and chill
- Then form into log shape
- Rollcoat log in pecanparsley mixture
- Chill several hours
- Serve with crackers
