Smoked Salmon Spread
Ingredients
- 15 12 oz can salmon drained
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp grated onion
- 2 tsp horseradish
- 14 tsp liquid smoke
- 18 tsp salt
- 3 drops Tabasco sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 13 c chopped pecans
- 2 Tbsp minced parsley
- assorted crackers
Directions
- Combine salmon lemon juice onion horseradish liquid smoke salt and Tabasco sauce
- Mix with cream cheese blend well
- Chill for several hours
- Combine pecans and parsley
- Shape salmon mixture into a ball or mold
- Cover entire surface with nut mixture
- Chill
- Serve with crackers
