Smoked Turkey And Wild Rice Salad

Ingredients
- 1 box Long Grain and Wild Rice
- 12 cup chopped celery
- 1 pound smoked turkey chopped
- 12 pound seedless grapes halved
- 14 cup low fat mayonnaise
Directions
- Cook rice according to package directions omitting margarine Allow to cool to just warm Add all other ingredients Refrigerate for 3-4 hours Yield 6 servings
