SMore Cookie Bars
Ingredients
- 1 stick butter softened
- 34 c sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 13 c all-purpose flour
- 34 c graham cracker crumbs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 14 tsp salt
- 4 Hershey milk chocolate bars 155 oz each
- 1 c Marshmallow Creme
Directions
- Heat oven to 350
- Grease 8-inch square baking pan
- In large mixing bowl beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy
- Add egg and vanilla beat well
- Stir together flour crumbs baking powder and salt
- Add to the butter mixture and beat until well blended
- Press 12 dough into pan
- Arrange bars over dough breaking as needed to fit
- Spread with Marshmallow Creme Scatter bits of remaining dough over Marshmallow Creme carefully press to form a layer
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes
- Cool completely and cut
