Smothered Round Steak
Ingredients
- 1 round steak 3 to 4 lb
- 1 medium onion chopped fine
- 1 12 c flour
- 1 c cooking oil
- salt and pepper to taste add salt and pepper to gravy
Directions
- Clean and trim

- Cut into 3-inch wide by

- Salt and pepper the steak and dredge in
