Snickerdoodle Cookies

Ingredients
- 2 34 c sifted all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp cream of tartar
- 1 tsp soda
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 c shortening
- 1 12 c sugar
- 2 eggs unbeaten
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp cinnamon
Directions
- Sift together flour cream of tartar soda and salt
- Add shortening and sugar beat at low speed
- Add eggs
- Batter should be dough-like chill in refrigerator
- Roll into balls
- Bake at 350 for 10 minutes
