Snickerdoodle Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 34 c sifted all-purpose flour
• 2 tsp cream of tartar
• 1 tsp soda
• 12 tsp salt
• 1 c shortening
• 1 12 c sugar
• 2 eggs unbeaten
• 2 Tbsp sugar
• 2 Tbsp cinnamon

Directions

1. Sift together flour cream of tartar soda and salt
2. Add shortening and sugar beat at low speed
3. Add eggs
4. Batter should be dough-like chill in refrigerator
5. Roll into balls
6. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes
