Snickerdoodles
Ingredients
- 2 34 c plain flour
- 2 tsp cream of tartar
- 1 tsp soda
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 34 c sugar separated
- 1 c shortening
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Sift together flour cream of tartar soda and salt
- Set aside
- In a large bowl with electric mixer beat shortening until fluffy
- Gradually beat in 1 12 cups sugar Beat in eggs and vanilla
- Gradually beat in flour mixture
