Snickerdoodles

Ingredients

• 2 34 c plain flour
• 2 tsp cream of tartar
• 1 tsp soda
• 12 tsp salt
• 1 34 c sugar separated
• 1 c shortening
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 tsp cinnamon

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Sift together flour cream of tartar soda and salt
3. Set aside
4. In a large bowl with electric mixer beat shortening until fluffy
5. Gradually beat in 1 12 cups sugar Beat in eggs and vanilla
6. Gradually beat in flour mixture
