Snow Ball Cake

Ingredients

• 2 envelopes gelatin unflavored
• 1 c sugar
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1 large angel food cake torn in pieces
• 4 Tbsp cold water
• 1 c hot water
• 1 c coconut
• 1 c pineapple juice
• 1 c crushed pineapple
• 3 small pkg Dream Whip
• 12 tsp salt

Directions

1. Dissolve gelatin in cold water
2. Add 1 cup boiling water sugar salt pineapple and juice
3. Chill until thickened
4. Prepare 2 packages dessert topping according to directions
5. Fold into gelatin mixture
6. Fold in cake pieces
7. Place in 9 x 13-inch pan Chill overnight
8. Prepare remaining topping put on cake and sprinkle with coconut
