Snow Caps
Ingredients
- 4 hot dogs
- 4 c mashed potatoes you can use instant potatoes
- chopped green onions
- 12 c grated cheese
Directions
- Split hot dogs lengthwise
- Place in shallow pan
- Combine onions and potatoes
- Put on top of hot dogs
- Sprinkle cheese on top
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 400
- Serves four
