Snow Frosting
Ingredients
- 1 unbeaten egg white
- 34 c sugar
- dash of salt
- 3 Tbsp water
- 1 tsp corn syrup
- 12 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Combine first five ingredients in top of double boiler
- Beat 1 minute then place over
- boiling water and beat constantly for 4 minutes
- Remove from boiling water beat 1 minute more while you add vanilla
- Spread on cake
