Snow Pie

Ingredients
- 34 c pineapple juice
- water enough to make 1 12 c
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 c sugar
- 4 Tbsp cornstarch
- 3 egg whites beaten stiff
Directions
- Cook the mixture in double boiler until thick and creamy After it has slightly cooled add stiff egg whites
- Beat vigorously
- Place in baked pie shell
- Top with whip cream
