Snowball Cake

Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 2 c sugar
• 2 c flour self-rising
• 2 Tbsp butter

Directions

1. Add all this together until smooth
2. Pour in 2 layer cake pans
3. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until done
4. Let cake layers cool
5. Ice the cake with 2 containers Cool Whip
6. Add coconut in red and green food coloring then sprinkle on top of cake
