Snowball Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 c powdered sugar
• 6 c rice cereal
• 1 c raisins
• 1 c chopped pecans
• 4 c miniature marshmallows
• 14 c butter
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 12 tsp almond extract

Directions

1. Place sugar in bowl
2. In another bowl combine next 3 ingredients
3. In saucepan combine marshmallows and butter
4. Stir until smooth
5. Remove from heat
6. Stir in extracts
7. Pour over cereal mixture
8. Stir until well coated
9. Using greased hands shape into 1 12-inch balls
10. Coat with sugar
