Snowball Pecan Cake

Ingredients

• 2 small pkg pecans
• 1 angel food cake
• 4 Tbsp cold water
• 1 c white sugar
• 1 c boiling water
• 1 large can crushed pineapple
• 2 Tbsp lemon juice
• 2 pkg unflavored gelatin
• 1 can coconut
• 4 pkg Dream Whip
• red and green cherries optional

Directions

1. Mix gelatin water sugar pineapple lemon juice and pecans Set in refrigerator until as thick as egg whites
2. Whip 2 packages Dream Whip and fold in this mixture
3. Pour mixture over cake lined pan Layer another layer of cake and mix 2 packages of Dream Whip and cover cake Sprinkle coconut and decorate with cherries
