Snowballs
Ingredients
- 34 c unsalted butter sweet butter
- 2 c flour
- 14 c confectioners sugar
- 1 c chopped nuts
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Cream butter add flour and sugar
- Cream together then add nuts and vanilla
- Roll into small balls approximately 1-inch in diameter
- Bake in moderate oven 350 for 15 to 20 minutes on an ungreased cookie sheet
- Sift additional confectioners sugar on cookies after baking
- Makes about 40 cookies
