So-O Good Butterscotch Pie

Ingredients

• 1 c brown sugar
• 5 Tbsp flour
• 3 egg yolks
• 1 can evaporated milk
• 14 c water
• 3 Tbsp margarine
• 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Combine brown sugar and flour
2. Add egg yolks and water and beat with

5. until creamy and smooth

9. hot and add the creamy mixture
10. Cook until thickened stir constantly
11. When thickened remove from heat Add butter and vanilla
12. Pour into an 8-inch pie shell Top with meringue
