Soapy Finger Paint

Ingredients

• 1 c soap flakes
• 12 c water
• food coloring or dry tempera

Directions

1. Whip soap flakes with water
2. Tint with food coloring or dry tempera
3. Paint on white shelf paper or waxed paper
