Soda Cracker Cookies

Ingredients

• soda crackers
• 1 c brown sugar
• 12 lb butter
• 1 large pkg chocolate chips
• 12 c chopped nuts

Directions

1. Spray a large jelly roll pan with Pam
2. Line with aluminum foil and spray that with Pam
3. Put in 1 layer of soda crackers with sides touching but not overlapping
4. Melt brown sugar and butter
5. Boil for 3 minutes stirring constantly then pour over crackers
6. Bake at 400 for 7 minutes
7. Remove pan from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over the top and spread as they melt Sprinkle with at least 12 cup of nuts
8. When cool break into pieces
