Soda Cracker Delight

Ingredients

• 6 egg whites
• 34 tsp cream of tartar
• 2 c sugar
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 2 c soda crackers ground up
• 34 c chopped nuts
• 1 8 oz container Cool Whip
• 1 can cherry pie filling

Directions

1. Beat egg whites until frothy add cream of tartar
2. Beat until stiff gradually adding sugar
3. Beat well add vanilla
4. Fold in soda crackers and chopped nuts
5. Bake in 12 x 8-inch glass pan well greased and floured at 350 for 25 minutes
6. Let cool
