Soft Alphabet Pretzels
Ingredients
- 1 loaf frozen whole wheat bread dough
- egg white
- kosher salt
Directions
- Thaw bread dough
- Preheat oven to 350
- Pinch
- off pieces the size of a golf ball and roll into ropes about 5 inches long Shape into letters Let rise for 20 minutes
- Brush with egg white and kosher salt
- Bake for 20 minutes
