Soft Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients
- 12 c warm water
- 2 pkg dry yeast
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 3 12 oz pkg instant vanilla pudding
- 12 c margarine melted
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 tsp salt
- 6 c flour
Directions
- Combine water yeast and sugar stir until dissolved
- Set aside
- Mix instant pudding according to package directions
- Mix margarine eggs and salt and add to pudding then add to yeast mixture
- Add flour and knead until smooth
- Place in a greased bowl
- Cover and let rise until double
- Punch down let rise again
- Roll out and spread with 2 tablespoons melted margarine Sprinkle with 12 cup brown sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Roll up and cut in about 1-inch slices
- Place in greased pans and let rise until double again
- Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes
- Drizzle with powdered sugar glaze
