Soft Dinner Rolls

Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 c scalded milk
- 2 pkg active dry yeast
- 14 c warm water
- 1 egg
- 5 12 c flour
Directions
- Add butter sugar and salt in milk When lukewarm add yeast dissolved in lukewarm water Add egg slightly beaten
- Stir in the flour gradually and form into a soft dough
- Knead 2 minutes Cover and let rise in warm place until double in size Shape into rolls
- Let rise again
- Place in a 450 oven
