Soft Frosting

Ingredients

• 12 c milk
• 2 12 Tbsp flour
• 12 c shortening
• 12 c granulated sugar
• 14 c confectioners sugar
• 12 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Mix milk and flour cook to a smooth paste
2. Cool
3. Cream shortening add sugar
4. Add to cooked paste
5. Beat until it looks like whipped cream
6. Add 14 cup confectioners sugar and vanilla Beat until blended
