Soft Gingerbread

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 c brown sugar
- 12 c Karo blue label
- 13 c Mazola
- 12 c black coffee
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 12 tsp salt
- 2 c flour
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 c raisins
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients
- Add raisins and stir well
- Mix together the Karo syrup Mazola and coffee
- Drop unbeaten eggs into dry ingredients
- Add liquids and stir well
- Put in an 8 x 8-inch cake pan
- Bake in a slow oven for about 45 minutes
