Soft Pretzels

Ingredients
- 18 c hot water
- 1 pkg active dry yeast
- 1 12 c warm water
- 13 c brown sugar
- 5 c flour
- 1 Tbsp baking soda
- extra-coarse salt
Directions
- Mix hot water and yeast until dissolved
- Stir warm water and brown sugar
- Slowly add flour
- Mix until smooth
- Roll dough until smooth and 16-inches for each pretzel
- Twist into shape
