Soft Rolls

Ingredients
- 1 13 c 110 lukewarm water
- 34 oz dry yeast
- 4 oz margarine
- 12 c sugar granulated
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 13 c milk warm
- 2 lb 4 oz flour all-purpose
- 1 12 Tbsp vegetable oil
Directions
- Active yeast mix with water
- Melt margarine
- Add all other ingredients together with yeast and margarine in mixing bowl with dough hook attachment
- Mix until dough comes off the bowl
- Next proof dough until double in size
- Punch down separate into 2 ounce balls
- Place on greased cookie sheet and proof for 30 minutes
- Bake at 350
- Brush with margarine and serve
