Soft Shapes
Ingredients
- 13 c soft butter
- 12 tsp salt
- 4 12 c confectioners sugar
- pecan halves
- 13 c light corn syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- red or green food coloring
Directions
- Blend first 4 ingredients
- Mix in sugar and knead until blended
- Divide mixture in half and color one red and green Shape mixture into 1-inch balls and press nut half into center of each
- Store in airtight container
