Soft Sugar Cookies
Ingredients
- 12 c oleo
- 12 c Crisco
- 1 12 c sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 c buttermilk
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- 14 tsp salt
- 4 c flour
Directions
- Cream oleo Crisco and sugar add eggs and mix
- Add buttermilk
- Add vanilla baking soda and salt mix well
- Stir in flour until mixed well
- Heat oven to 350
- Drop mixture by using a tablespoon on a greased cookie sheet
- Bake for 13 minutes Makes 3 to 4 dozen cookies
- May ice with lemon frosting
