Sonrise Cheese Ball

Ingredients

• 2 8 oz pkg cream cheese
• 1 small can chopped black olives
• 1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch original dressing mix the one that requires milk
• 1 pkg processed beef from the dairy section

Directions

1. Mix cream cheese and chopped olives together with electric mixer or food processor
2. Sprinkle dry dressing mix to taste 12 package to entire package
3. Chop beef into tiny squares saving a few slices for garnish
4. Mix the chopped beef with other ingredients
5. Form into a ball
6. Cut saved beef into 1-inch squares and cover the cheese ball like a patchwork quilt to keep moist
