Soofganiya Jelly Doughnut

Ingredients
- 4 12 c flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 14 c sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 14 tsp cinnamon
- 14 tsp nutmeg
- 2 eggs beaten
- 14 c oil
- 1 c fruit juice
- powdered sugar
- jelly for filling
- 1 12 c sugar
- 38 c flour
- 1 78 c milk
- 1 12 Tbsp instant coffee
- 1 c butter
- 1 12 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- Mix the flour and sugar while adding the milk gradually Pour into double boiler Cook over high heat Stir until mixture is texture of wall paper paste
- Add coffee cover and chill
- Soften butter to room temperature Whip it Add cold stiff mocha cream gradually Add vanilla
