Ingredients

  • 4 12 c flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 14 c sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 14 tsp cinnamon
  • 14 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 14 c oil
  • 1 c fruit juice
  • powdered sugar
  • jelly for filling
  • 1 12 c sugar
  • 38 c flour
  • 1 78 c milk
  • 1 12 Tbsp instant coffee
  • 1 c butter
  • 1 12 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Mix the flour and sugar while adding the milk gradually Pour into double boiler Cook over high heat Stir until mixture is texture of wall paper paste
  2. Add coffee cover and chill
  3. Soften butter to room temperature Whip it Add cold stiff mocha cream gradually Add vanilla
