Sour-Creamed Potatoes

Ingredients

• 3 c potatoes creamed with milk and butter may use leftover potatoes
• 1 c sour cream
• 14 c chopped onions
• garlic to taste optional

Directions

1. Mix ingredients together
2. Pour into casserole dish
3. Bake at 350 until hot
