Sour Cream And Chili Bake
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 15 oz can pinto beans drained
- 1 10 oz can enchilada sauce
- 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 c shredded sharp American cheese
- 1 6 oz pkg corn chips
- 1 c sour cream
- 12 c shredded sharp American cheese
Directions
- In skillet brown the ground beef
- Stir in beans enchilada sauce tomato sauce and 1 cup shredded cheese
- Set aside 1 cup corn chips Coarsely crush remaining chips
- Stir them into meat mixture
- Turn in a 1 12-quart casserole dish
- Bake covered at 375 for 30 minutes
- Spoon sour cream on casserole
- Sprinkle 12 cup shredded cheese
- Sprinkle reserved corn chips around edge of casserole
- Bake uncovered for 2 to 3 minutes
