Sour Cream And Chili Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 15 oz can pinto beans drained
  • 1 10 oz can enchilada sauce
  • 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
  • 1 c shredded sharp American cheese
  • 1 6 oz pkg corn chips
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 12 c shredded sharp American cheese

Directions

  1. In skillet brown the ground beef
  2. Stir in beans enchilada sauce tomato sauce and 1 cup shredded cheese
  3. Set aside 1 cup corn chips Coarsely crush remaining chips
  4. Stir them into meat mixture
  5. Turn in a 1 12-quart casserole dish
  6. Bake covered at 375 for 30 minutes
  7. Spoon sour cream on casserole
  8. Sprinkle 12 cup shredded cheese
  9. Sprinkle reserved corn chips around edge of casserole
  10. Bake uncovered for 2 to 3 minutes
