Sour Cream And Noodle Casserole

Ingredients

• 8 oz pkg medium noodles
• 18 tsp pepper
• 1 c Philadelphia cream cheese
• 1 c sour cream
• 8 oz can tomato sauce
• 6 green onions chopped
• 34 c shredded Cheddar cheese
• 2 lb ground chuck
• 1 tsp salt
• 14 tsp garlic salt

Directions

1. Cook noodles as directed rinse and drain
2. Brown meat add salt pepper and garlic salt then tomato sauce
3. Simmer 5 minutes combine cheese sour cream onions and noodles
4. In a 2-quart casserole alternate layers of noodle mixture and meat beginning with noodles and ending with meat
5. Top with Cheddar cheese
6. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
