Sour Cream And Squash Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 12 lb sliced squash
- 1 large carrot grated
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 8 oz sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- grated cheese
Directions
- Cook together squash carrot and onion then drain
- Place squash mixture and alternate with mixture of cream of chicken soup and sour cream
- Bake at 200 for 30 minutes
- During last few minutes place grated cheese on top
- Secret is slowing cooking
