Sour Cream Apple Cake

Ingredients

• 2 c. flour
• 2 c. brown sugar
• 1/2 c. butter or margarine
• 1 c. chopped nuts
• 2 tsp. cinnamon
• 1 tsp. soda
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 c. sour cream
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 egg, beaten
• 2 c. chopped, peeled apples
• whipped cream

Directions

1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, brown sugar and butter; blend at low speed until crumbly.
2. Stir in the nuts.
3. Press about 2 3/4 cups into the bottom of an ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
