Sour Cream Apple Pie
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 c 8 oz sour cream
- 1 c sugar
- 6 Tbsp all-purpose flour divided
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 14 tsp salt
- 3 c chopped peeled cooking apples
- 2 unbaked pie shells 9-inch deep dish
- 14 c packed brown sugar
Directions
- In a large bowl beat eggs
- Add sour cream
- Stir in sugar 1 tablespoon of flour vanilla and salt mix well
- Stir in apples Pour into pie shells
- Bake at 375 for 15 minutes
