Sour Cream Apple Pie

Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 1 c 8 oz sour cream
• 1 c sugar
• 6 Tbsp all-purpose flour divided
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 14 tsp salt
• 3 c chopped peeled cooking apples
• 2 unbaked pie shells 9-inch deep dish
• 14 c packed brown sugar

Directions

1. In a large bowl beat eggs
2. Add sour cream
3. Stir in sugar 1 tablespoon of flour vanilla and salt mix well
4. Stir in apples Pour into pie shells
5. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes
