Sour Cream Apple Pie

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 c sugar
- 6 Tbsp all-purpose flour divided
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 14 tsp salt
- 3 c chopped peeled cooking apples
- 1 9-inch unbaked pie shell
- 3 Tbsp margarine melted
- 14 c packed brown sugar
Directions
- In a large bowl beat eggs and add sour cream
- Stir in sugar 2 tablespoons flour vanilla and salt mix well
- Stir in apples Pour in pie shell and bake at 375 for 15 minutes
- Meanwhile combine margarine brown sugar and remaining flour
- Sprinkle over top of pie
- Return to oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until filling is set cool
- Serve warm or cover and refrigerate
- Makes 8 servings
