Sour Cream Banana Bread

Ingredients

• 1 c butter or margarine
• 3 c sugar
• 6 eggs
• 3 c sour cream
• 4 tsp baking soda
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 4 bananas mashed
• 1 tsp salt
• 5 c flour

Directions

1. Cream together butter and sugar add eggs
2. Mix sour cream and soda in separate bowl and let stand until foamy
3. Add sour cream mixture to egg and sugar mixture and mix well
4. Pour into four greased and floured loaf pans or 10 mini loaf pans 23 of the way full
5. Bake 50 minutes at 350 or until toothpick comes out clean
